I can help you achieve this through exploring individual causes (lifestyle, eating habits, attitudes, emotional management and personal biology), helping you think about individual techniques to manage change and finally, agreeing on principles for longer term health eg. nutrition, planning, problem solving, activity, social support. The ability to apply the principles by developing personal techniques is the most important skill you can learn towards being master of your recovery and living your best possible life both physically and psychologically.
